i was thinking if i should do tutorial on light beam effect or light rays effect ? then i thought why not do photo effect on both ? so here it is full in depth tutorial on creating light beam in your pictures and also a little bit information on light rays.

A future video will be coming soon explaining in depth on how to create light rays on all types of pictures and also how to create brush with rays and use them ezpz.
