In this Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 Transition tutorial, I will demonstrate how to create a smooth rolling or wheel spin transition effect similar to a slot machine pull by using the offset video effect. We will combine this effect with keyframes and directional blur to create our motion spinning result.
