Converting video to animated GIFs in Adobe Premiere Pro

After creating this tutorial it was pointed out that this feature is missing from OSX. I consulted the engineers at Adobe and they said that when creating GIFs they are using functions that are built into Windows and that’s why it’s not available on OSX. Sorry I missed that one.
