This tutorial will show you how you can create custom lighting effect using photoshop.

ok sorry for that but seriously could not resist, it just keeps playing in my mind since i created this glowing effect using elsa from frozen.
Now something about the tutorial, i really love magical lighting effect in photoshop and this is one of them, for the photo effect i used a really neat studio shot that i found on deviantart so that anyone can follow this effect without changing the background, yes you heard it right, in this manipulation you will not have to cut it.
i only and only used couple of adjustment layers and masking to finish the effect and yes to create those magical particles i used a texture that i found on deviantart and you can download it from the link below and create your own beautiful effects.
This is gonna be my one of the really short summery about the photoshop tutorials coz i thought everything was needed to explained in video itself.
