The black and white image is a medium which has conveyed thousands of emotions and ideas to millions of people over the past 100+ years. The ability to create a beautiful black and white image is a building block of any photographer.
Black and white simplifies and beautifies photographs; it allows the photographer and casual viewer to focus on the subject the story, the light, and the real beauty of the photograph.
